Weddings—The Unforgettable Affair
Whether you’re planning an intimate wedding reception or a glamorous gala event, we can help you design a social gathering that will be the talk of all of your guests long after the last dancer has gone happily home. Treat 200 guests to a sumptuous sit-down meal in our airy Tuscan ballroom or host a cozy cocktail reception in the adjoining wine cellar. Our private outdoor patio, framed by mature trees, is perfect for your ceremony or cocktail hour during the warmer months.

To Create a truly top-notch professional conference or meeting, you must have a facility designed for the task and a staff that understands the multifaceted demands of a business gathering. The Conference and Event Center at the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management was, from conception, created to accommodate both the variable space requirements of a professional conference, and the exacting technological demands of multi-media presentations.
Team Building
Knoebel Events provides you and your team an environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration in our culinary lab or demo kitchen. We can custom create a team building event to suit your needs, or you can select from one of our house packages that can run from breakfast to dinner. Hosted by our culinary team, these activities get you out of the classroom and in to the kitchen for an interactive, experiential event. They can be competitive, just for fun, or even as activity components of a longer program.
